Mr. Won't Sit Still

You know those people at church who have a hard time keeping their child quiet during church. They spend part of sacrament meeting, most of Sunday school, and ALL of Relief Society/Elder's Quorum in the hall trying to tame a child who is screaming to get down and crawl around. Well, we are those people. Sometimes I wonder why we go to church. AARRGGHH! We can't wait for September 14, 2008...Jaxon attends nursery...poor nursery leaders! Only 23 more Sundays to go...BRING IT ON!

Yes...counting the weeks until Mariah goes into nursery...in September as well. I always feel like we need a disclaimer to those who sit behind/front of us in church that says, "Beware, you will not get anything out of this meeting due to my children being loud, obnoxious, and cute!" hehehe

Nursery doesn't help Sacrament Meeting. At one time today Tom had Kylie then I ended up having Tate under one arm and almost dropping Kaden in the other arm to drop him off with Tom!!!

I am going to miss you guys in our ward! Even if the kids are screaming. I sure will miss Macy in nursery! She was our smart one...now none of them can talk.

I can so completely relate to your issue with wiggly kids! At one point I had Jessica, age 7, Stacie, age 6, Nathan, age 13 months and McKenzie was a newborn. Added to that, Earl was the ward clerk and required to sit on the stand for the first half of sacrament meeting. What a relief it was to me when he started taking Nathan up on the stand with him! I promise you, it gets better; but as with everything else, it's darkest right before the dawn. Hang in there!

I think most parents feel the same way. Atleast I like to tell myself that.
